Trump reveals ‘Discombobulator’: A secret US weapon used in Venezuela raid | World News

US President Donald Trump announced that US forces used a state-of-the-art weapon called “Discombobulator” during the US raid to capture Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro from his home in Caracas within the scope of ‘Operation Absolute Resolve’ and accomplished this task without a single American casualty.
“Disombobulator. I’m not allowed to talk about it,” Trump said in an exclusive interview with the New York Post in the Oval Office.
President Trump confirmed the gun was used in the undercover raid, adding, “I would love to.”

He claimed that the “Discombobulator” disabled Venezuelan equipment and disrupted air defense and radar systems to allow US forces to conduct the operation unimpeded.
Trump told the New York Post: “They never launched a single rocket; not a single Russian or Chinese missile was ever fired. We flew over, they pushed the buttons and nothing happened. They were completely prepared for us.”
He also revealed more details about Operation Absolute Resolve during the interview, saying: “They never launched a single rocket; none of the Russian or Chinese missiles were fired. We flew, they pressed the buttons and nothing happened. They were fully prepared for us.”

Trump’s remarks followed questions about reports claiming the Biden administration had acquired a “pulsed energy weapon” believed to have been used in the Caracas raid and potentially linked to “Havana Syndrome.”
The US president’s admission also highlights claims from a Venezuelan eyewitness who described Maduro’s gunmen collapsed, noses bleeding and vomiting blood.
One of Maduro’s former guards later described the night of the raid: “All of a sudden, all our radar systems went off without explanation.” He later explained that swarms of drones appeared over their positions, leaving them unsure of how to react, followed by just eight helicopters carrying about 20 US soldiers.
“At one point, they fired something indescribable, like an intense sound wave. Suddenly it felt like my head was exploding from the inside,” the witness said. “We all started bleeding from our noses; some vomited blood. We fell to the ground, paralyzed, and couldn’t stand after that sonic gun or whatever it was.”
Captured Venezuelan leader Maduro is currently facing narco-terrorism charges in the United States.
America’s embrace of such technology is accelerating the global race for direct energy weapons poised to reshape modern warfare.
