Trump Says He Doesn’t Know Enough About Paramount’s CNN Takeover Bid Backed By Jared Kushner

Minister Donald Trump Despite his son-in-law, he didn’t know enough about Paramount’s hostile takeover bid for Warner Bros., he told reporters in the Oval Office on Monday. Jared Kushner be part of the deal.

“Do you support Warner Bros. bid for Paramount?” he asked a reporter.

Trump replied, “I don’t know enough about this.”

“The Paramount deal is supported by Mr. President Jared Kushner. Does this affect your decision?” He pushed the reporter.

“Yeah, Paramount… I don’t know. I’ve never talked to him, but he’s really trying to work on Gaza. I think his primary concern is Gaza,” Trump replied.

It is also notable that Paramount’s ownership is close to Trump, given that David Ellison’s father, billionaire Larry Ellison, is a close ally of Trump.
