Trump signs bill to release ALL Epstein files while claiming ‘hoax’ will backfire on the Democrats

President Donald Trump signed a bill to release the Jeffrey Epstein files after the House of Representatives voted overwhelmingly to pass the measure and the Senate followed suit in a sweeping sign of bipartisan unity.

Trump signed the bill after a group of unruly Republicans sparked a bitter political fight that is tearing his party apart. The House eventually approved the measure by a surprising 427-1 vote on Tuesday.

The president issued a stern warning to Democrats on Wednesday that the ‘hoax’ would backfire, claiming he wanted to release the infamous files all along despite the delay.

‘Perhaps the truth about these Democrats and their dealings with Jeffrey Epstein will come out soon, BECAUSE I JUST SIGNED THE LAW RELEASE THE EPSTEIN FILES,’ he wrote.

The post on Truth Social was an epic 390-word ramble that insinuated the enemies were former associates of Epstein, touted their own accomplishments, and promised that the release of the infamous files would backfire.

Trump noted that the billionaire financier was indicted by the Justice Department in 2019 and that Epstein was a “lifelong Democrat” who donated thousands to the party and associated with high-profile politicians from the left.

The president’s signature started a 30-day countdown for the Justice Department to prepare the files.

The files contain more than 100,000 pages collected as a result of the Justice Department’s multiple federal investigations into Epstein, as well as Ghislaine Maxwell, who is serving a 20-year prison sentence for luring young girls for the disgraced financier.

Earlier Wednesday, the late sex offender’s brother Mark sensationally claimed that Republicans’ names were deleted from the files before they were released.

“Jeffrey definitely had dirt on Trump,” Mark Epstein continued. He later claimed it was ‘provable’ that Trump went to Jeffrey Epstein’s home, despite the president’s denial.

‘Jeffrey told me that if he told me what he knew about the candidates, they would have to cancel the exam. [2016] vote.’

However, Trump said he personally asked House Speaker Mike Johnson and Senate Majority Leader John Thune to ensure the bill’s passage.

There was fierce internal conflict within the Republican party, leading to Trump siding with the Democratic bill and ordering the release of the files.

“The vote was almost unanimous for passage because of this request,” Trump said.

Only one Republican in the House of Representatives — Rep. Clay Higgins (La.) — voted against the bill, and it passed unanimously in the Senate.

“Under my instructions, the Ministry of Justice has already delivered nearly fifty thousand pages of documents to Congress,” he said.

‘Remember — the Biden Administration has not turned over a SINGLE file or page regarding Democrat Epstein or even talked about him.’

Trump accused Democrats of using public interest in Epstein to ‘distract from our GREAT Victories’, but warned it would ‘impact them more than the Republican party’.

‘For years our Great Nation has had to endure RUSSIA, RUSSIA, RUSSIA, UKRAINE, UKRAINE, UKRAINE, the 1st Impeachment Hoax, the 2nd Impeachment Hoax and many other Witch Hunts and Scams created by the Democrats; “This was all so terrible and divisive for our Country and the Republicans and the Trump Administration are doing it,” he wrote.

‘This latest Hoax will backfire on the Democrats just as the others have.’

After emails that Epstein sent to himself in February 2019 were leaked, it emerged that the disgraced pedophile billionaire claimed to frequently visit Trump’s home in Palm Beach.

‘[REDACTED] He worked at Mar-a-Lago Trump knew this and came to my house many times during that period,” Epstein wrote. Six months before he was found hanged at the Metropolitan Penitentiary in Manhattan.

He also boasted: ‘I’m the one who can take him down,’ branding Trump a ‘dog that doesn’t bark’ while claiming to have spent ‘hours’ with a sexual abuse victim.

It appeared to be getting worse as Epstein faced new accusations of abusing dozens of girls following a bombshell 2019 investigation by the Miami Herald. It’s been more than a decade since he was convicted of soliciting a minor for prostitution in 2008.

Epstein died by suicide in prison while awaiting trial while his partner, Ghislaine Maxwell, was serving a 20-year prison sentence.

The pedophile appears to have downplayed the significance of his abuse of the victims, writing: ‘The girls returned home many times. For $200 for friction and pulling. No sex. Some worked at local massage parlors. Most are in their twenties.’

Trump expelled his financier in October 2007, according to Mar-a-Lago’s Club records.

The president later announced that Epstein had ‘stolen’ the young women who worked at his mansion.
