Eleven-year-old boy dies in Mandurah e-scooter crash

An 11-year-old boy who was shot while riding his e-scooter in Mandurah Terrace on Monday has died.

Emergency services received reports of an e-scooter colliding with a blue Mazda station wagon on Mandurah Terrace, near Stewart Street, at around 5.10pm.

The 11-year-old driver of the e-scooter was seriously injured and was taken to Peel Halth Campus but later died.

The 46-year-old driver of the Mazda stopped at the scene and assisted police with the investigation.
