Trump to make unprecedented second state visit to UK

Donald Trump will make an unprecedented second state visit to England in September and will be organized by US President King Charles and Queen Camilla at Windsor Castle.
Buckingham Palace said on Monday that Trump, a great supporter of the royal family, will accompany his wife Melania during a three-day visit between 17-19 September.
No US President was invited to a second state visit.
Trump previously Queen II. In the first period he hosted by Elizabeth, he enjoyed the magnificence of the state visit and the Pageantry in 2019.
The invitation was delivered by British Prime Minister Keir Starmer in February during a meeting at the White House.
Trump said it was a “great, great honor” and was particularly happy with the fact that he stayed in Windsor Castle.
“This is really something,” he said.
As for George W Bush and Barack Obama, the precedent of the second term US presidents who already made a state visit is often tea or lunch with the ruler in Windsor Castle.
State visits are ceremonial meetings between the heads of state used for honoring friendly nations and sometimes for trouble -free relationships between competitors.
While the king officially invites a state visit, he does so on the advice of the elected government.
The visit is seen as part of Starmer’s effort to keep Trump close and reduce the influence of some policies on Britain.
The relationship between the two looks friendly and helped Britain to encounter large US tariffs of other nations.
However, like Trump’s previous visit, it is unlikely to be welcomed by everyone.
For the last time, one day the protest saw the fly of a giant discovery depicting Trump as an angry orange baby outside the parliament.
The deputies of the Starmer Labor Party questioned whether the honor would be expanded to Trump at a time when Israel supported the war in Gaza and threatened the sovereignty of allies such as Canada and Greenland.
Charles may also face some difficulties during the visit because Trump is the president of both England and Canada, which he claims to have 51.
In his speech to the Canadian Parliament in May, the King emphasized Canada’s “unique identity” and “sovereignty”, while “the real North really strong and free” he reiterated the words of the country’s national anthem.
State visits to the UK are awarded especially by heads of state, because they come with a complete complement of royal glory and situation, including military investigations, transport trips and a glittering state feast organized by Monarch.
Events normally take place in and around Buckingham Palace in the center of London.
However, last week’s French President Emmanual Macron and his wife Brigitte will stay at Trumps Windsor Castle. Buckingham Palace is undergoing a comprehensive renovation.
