Trump to start building $200 million White House ballroom in September

After the Washington (Reuters) lifted the Gag Garden and adding gold leaf to the Oval Office, President Donald Trump will still add the most dramatic addition to the White House: a new, $ 200 million ballroom adjacent to the eastern wing of the mansion.
Trump, a passionate real estate developer for decoration, complained that the White House has been deprived of a large -scale ballroom for entertainment for a long time.
On Thursday, the White House announced that Harry Truman plans to take part in September in September in 1952 since the completion of the entire renewal. The White House ended in 1800 and was partially rebuilt after it was burned by the British during the 1812 War.
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt told journalists that he was working on the facility of 90,000 square meters (8,360 square meters).
The authority said that the cost of 200 million dollars, which could place 650 people, will be donated by Trump and other donors.
The presidents used the sincere state dining room for events and the larger eastern room for larger VIP lists, and sometimes there will be a temporary tent built on the southern grass to host big dinner.
“When it rains, it’s a disaster,” Trump said when asked on Thursday.
Trump has a large ballroom and a smaller club with white walls decorated with both glittering chandeliers and white walls adorned with golden development.
The President of the Republic is determined to put his mark on the Execution Mansion. He set up gold sprouted decorations in the oval office and planted giant flag poles on the north and southern grass.
The rose garden is now a construction site that replaces the grass from the root and replaces its place with a concrete patio that Trump enjoyed in Mar-a-lago.
Trump first offered to build a 100 million dollar ballroom in the White House in 2010, and then president Barack Obama is an unanswered offer.
The eastern wing of the White House will be “modernized” as part of the project. Leavitt said the offices used by First Lady Melania Trump will be transported temporarily.
In order to secure the traditionalists, the White House said that the theme and architectural heritage would be “almost the same” as the rest of the house.
In recent weeks, Trump’s White House personnel, the National Park Service, the White House Military Office and the US Secret Service organized meetings to discuss design features and planning, he said.
“This will be a great old project.” He said.
