Drinking alcohol the night before a morning drive puts lives at risk, motorists warned

In a new survey, drivers who drink alcohol at the night before a morning driving are risking life.
A questionnaire comes after 22:00 (21 percent) of the drivers after 22:00 (21 percent) after 22:00 when they need to drive before 9 am.

Nicholas Lyes, Director of Politics and Standards of philanthropy, said, “The beverage driving is a murderer, and the drivers may be unaware that if they are drinking alcohol the night before, if they pose a serious threat to the safety of others, they may be unaware that they can do so illegally.
“Even if they are just within the legal limit, the alcohol level in their systems will disrupt the reaction times.
“Moreover, consuming alcohol effects on sleep quality.”
Jo Shiner, the chief of leadership of the National Police Chiefs Council Police Chiefs, said: “When you are broken through drink or drugs, there is no excuse to pass behind the steering wheel, and this includes the next morning.
“If you choose to do this, you risk your life and the lives of others.”
The questionnaire also claimed that the drivers of the last 12 months were with a friend or relative who drank alcohol before entering a vehicle.
72 percent of this group warned that they should not drive them, 23 percent of them did not take any action, he said.
Four of the five (81 percent) who participated in the survey said that rehabilitation courses should be compulsory for everyone who has been convicted of a beverage driver.
Currently, courses are sometimes offered for a shorter driving ban.
