Trump warns Iran will be ‘hit very hard’ today – ‘Total destruction!’ | World | News

Donald Trump angrily warned Iran would be “hit very hard” today, while also making a chilling threat as war in the Middle East escalates to alarming new levels. The US leader, who called Iran “the loser of the Middle East”, appeared to be referring to comments made earlier by the Iranian president.
Speaking on Iranian state television, Iranian President Massoud Pezeshkian apologized to neighboring countries. “I find it necessary to apologize to the neighboring countries that were attacked. In response, Trump stated that Iran apologized to its neighbors in the Middle East, surrendered and promised not to open fire on them anymore,” adding that “This promise was made only because of the relentless attack of the USA and Israel.”
Here is his full post on Truth Social: “Defeated, Iran apologized to its neighbors in the Middle East, surrendered and promised not to fire on them anymore.
“This promise was made only because of the relentless attack of the USA and Israel. They wanted to take over and rule the Middle East. This is a promise that Iran has lost for the first time in thousands of years against the surrounding Middle Eastern countries.
“Thank you, President Trump,” they said. “It is nothing!” I said. Iran is no longer the “Tyrant of the Middle East”, but rather the “LOSER OF THE MIDDLE EAST” and will remain so for decades until it surrenders or, more likely, collapses completely!
“Today, Iran will be hit very hard! Due to Iran’s bad behavior, the complete destruction and certain death of areas and groups of people that were not considered to be targeted until this moment are seriously considered.
“Thank you for your interest in this matter! President DONALD J. TRUMP.”
This happened just hours after Tehran’s Mehrabad airport was engulfed in a massive fireball after being bombed in relentless attacks throughout the night.
Last night, the Israel Defense Forces said more than 80 warplanes carried out a “large-scale wave” of attacks on Iran’s military facilities, missile launchers and other targets in Tehran and central Iran on Saturday.
The IDF said the attacks targeted military infrastructure, including the Imam Hussein military university, which trains officers for Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). It was stated that the university hosts more than one military presence.
This came after President Trump demanded Iran’s “unconditional surrender” and later explained that this could happen when the Iranians “announce it” or when they “can’t fight anymore because they don’t have anyone or anything to fight with.”
The 79-year-old leader also vowed to “make Iran great again.”
