TTD will adopt technology to ensure timely darshan for devotees, says EO

Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) Chairman J. Shyamala Rao, the authorities dedicated to the Lord Venkateswara’nın Darshan’nın Darshan’nın’nın time to adopt technology -oriented measures to adopt.

TATA Consulting Services (TCS) and TTD’s IT department representatives appeal to a meeting in virtual mode, RAO emphasized the need for systematic technological intervention in all Darshan modes – Sarva Darshan, Sarva Darshan (SSD), Special Introduction Darya Darshan, Special Introduction Darya (SED).

The authority asked the technology to place the technology from entering the tail lines until the completion of Darshan to increase productivity and reduce waiting times.

He advised TCS and TTD to make frequent examinations of IT teams and work towards an integrated action plan.

He replaced the existing manual methods and suggested to explore QR code -based and face recognition systems for faster and more accurate verification.

He stated that delays were frequently due to pilgrims from the time intervals of the time intervals, and proposed to raise awareness campaigns to increase their loyalty to the planned reporting time and to reduce congestion.

Previously, the Representatives of TCS presented an analysis that detares the time taken at various stages of dedicated – from the tail entrance to the Darshan and the Temple output – SSD, SED, Divya Darshan Formats and Arjitha Sevas.

TTD General Manager (IT) Sesha Reddy, Deputy General Manager Venkateswara Chowdan and other officials attended the meeting.
