Prince Andrew told Jeffrey Epstein ‘we are in this together’ day after Virginia Guiffre photo emerged

Prince Andrew told Jeffrey Epstein “we’re in this together” the day after his infamous photo with Virginia Giuffre emerged, according to reports.

The Duke of York also reportedly told his pedophile friend “we’ll play around some more” in his email dated 28 February 2011; This was three months after he told the BBC he had cut ties with the disgraced financier.

The message also reportedly cast doubt on one of Andrew’s claims, made in an infamous interview with Newsnight in 2019, that his meeting with Ms Giuffre “didn’t happen”.

The duke has always strongly denied all accusations against him.

sunday sunday Andrew reported that Ms Giuffre contacted Epstein just hours after detailing allegations that she flew to London in March 2001, when she was 17, where she said she and the duke ate, drank, went to the Tramp nightclub and later had sex.

A photo of the two at the London mansion of Epstein’s then-girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell (who is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence for recruiting and selling underage girls for Epstein) was published on February 27, 2011; It shows Andrew with his arm around Ms. Giuffre’s waist.

According to the paper, the Feb. 28 email, sent from the duke’s official email address with the autosign “HRH The Duke of York KG,” read: “I’m worried about you too! Don’t worry about me! It looks like we’re in this together and we’ll just have to get through this.” Andrew also told the predator to “stay in close contact” and told him: “We’ll be playing some more soon!!!!”

Ms Giuffre also accused Andrew of sexually abusing her as a teenager on Epstein’s private island, Little St James, which the prince “absolutely” denied. In 2022, he agreed to settle the woman’s multi-million dollar civil lawsuit without admitting any liability.

Andrew said in an interview with the BBC in 2019 that he cut off all communication with Epstein after the photo of them meeting in New York’s Central Park in early December 2010 was taken, at which time he claimed they decided to break off relations.

Referring to the photo of himself and Ms. Giuffre, he said: “Oh, this is definitely me, so this is a photo of me, this is not a photo… I don’t believe this is a photo of me in London because… When I go out in London, I wear a suit and tie.

“Hugging and showing affection in public is not something I do. So that’s the best explanation I can give you, and I’m afraid I don’t believe that photo was taken in the way suggested.”

Following the interview, the Duke stepped back from royal duties in 2019 due to his links to Epstein.

The disgraced financier died by suicide in a federal prison in New York City on August 10, 2019.
