Two Red Sanders Smugglers Sentenced To Five Years Imprisonment

TIRUPATI: The Red Sanders Special (RSS) court in Tirupati sentenced two red Sanders smugglers to five years of meticulous imprisonment and fined each of each LA 6 lakh. The decision was made on Monday in 2016 by the RSS Adj Court judge Narasimha Murthy in connection with a lawsuit registered.

The prisoners were arrested when he kidnapped the Red Sanders near Pandurangavaripalli in Cndirangavaripalli in Cndurangavaripalli in Chandragiri Mandal, A. Hariprasad from the Tirupati region and A. Hariprasad from the Tirupati region. The Red Sanders’s participation in illegal transport was founded during the hearing and led to their conviction.

The case was watched within a special action plan created by L. Subba Rayudu head of Red Sanders Anti-Suskuar Task Force (RSSDF). With RSASTF SP P. Srinivas’s direct control, Force reviewed the cases waiting at the hearing and took special care to provide strong evidence. As a result of these efforts, the case led to a successful conviction.

Following the orders of the court, both convicts shifted to Nellore Central Prison to serve their sentences. RSASTF SP said that this decision was a strong warning to those involved in illegal activities in the Ozhachalam Reserve Forest. He said that the unauthorized entry into the forest is serious crimes as well as the cut and smuggling of the Red Sanders, a very valuable natural resource.
