Two youths shot in Gorakhpur after calling a man ‘motu’

Sarcastic explanation triggers violent retaliation
According to TOI, Arjun Chauhan, a resident of the Belghat Police Station, was joining a feast with his uncle when they mocked his weight by calling him “Motu” (Fatso) by calling him “Motu” (Fatso). Despite the others trying to intervene in the meeting, the words reportedly left Arjun angry.
Victims followed and attacked on the highway
Later on that night, Arjun and Asif watched two men on the highway. After an unsuccessful attempt, they caught the victim’s car near Tenua Toll Plaza in Jagdishpur Kalesar Bypass. According to the report, Arjun admitted to the police that he and his friend dragged Anil and Shubham from the vehicle and opened fire before he escaped from the scene. Chase is reported to be 20 km.
Passers of the wounded victims to Gorakhpur Medical College was directed to the regional hospital. Both are no danger now.
FIR registered, pistol rescued
Police Officer (Güney) Jitendra Kumar said that the Fir was recorded on a complaint by Shubham’s father. The police also saved a peasant pistol from the ownership of the defendant who was detained.
