Jury finds ex-Charlotte County top first responder guilty of DUI in Lee County
This week, a jury accused Lee County with disabled driving with one of Charlotte County’s first interventionists.
54 -year -old Michael Vernon Davis faced a number of DUI. He was the Vice President of Charlotte County Fire & EMS at the time of his arrest. He doesn’t work there anymore.
Lee County Sheriff’s deputies reserved Davis in Lee County prison just before 2 pm last year and released the same morning with a $ 500 bond.
According to the incident report, Sheriff’s deputies were in the place where Bayshore Ranch Drive and Bayshore Road intersect at midnight on the Christmas morning when he crossed a sheriff cruiser without a plate connected to Davis’s vehicle.
Speaking, Sheriff Deputy Davis’ten alcohol smell, “a thick -tongue speech” and the problem of creating certain words and matching sentences, he said.
