Emmanuel Macron reacts to Trump leaking his WhatsApp message, drops ‘civilisation’ truth bomb | India News

French President Emmanuel Macron, who appeared in the podcast with Indian YouTuber Raj Shamani, talked openly about many issues. Macron did not hold back when asked during the podcast about US President Donald Trump publicly sharing his WhatsApp message and threatening him with tariffs for not joining the Gaza Peace Board. Previously, Macron described Trump as anti-European.
Reacting to the increase, Macron said that while world leaders have learned respect through decades of civilization, some leaders are going backwards.
“I truly believe that respect is part of leadership. You can share an opinion or disagree, but you have to do it in a respectful way. Respect was built through a process of civilization to improve ourselves after decades. It’s a bit surprising when people see leaders going backwards,” Macron said.
