UK failing Gaza by allowing jets with British parts to bomb hospitals, says surgeon | Israel-Gaza war

A Oxford University Surgeon accused the British government by allowing the Gaza people to bomb the British part of the F-35 jets with the bombing of children.
The two -day court in London, which is independent of the government and Parliament, is trying to gather evidence that British court organizers cannot get away from what they see as Israel war crimes related to the genocide.
The court, chaired by former workers’ leader Jeremy Corbyn and two British -centered academicians, was framed to see whether or not to match the alleged atrocities in Gaza, the legal responsibilities of the UK, the confidential support for the British secret support for Israel, and whether the government’s actions do not match any legal obligation to prevent a genocide.
On Thursday, Prof Nick Maynard, who gave evidence, said that Britain was not in mind that he did not end his guilt when they said that there were deliberate attacks on Gaza children.
“I have been in these hospitals, I had unlimited access to every inch square of these hospitals, and it is unthinkable that they are used as Hamas Command Centers,” he said.
“This propaganda was repeated by our media, repeated by our government, but there is no reliable evidence that can be verified to support these views.”
He said that the deliberate targeting of health workers and the daily cluster of certain wounds to the British government showed how Israeli soldiers showed how they were used to make targets in some parts of young bodies, including testicles, chest and abdomen.
“The clustering of these daily injuries to certain body parts was beyond coincidence.
The Israeli government insists that he does not target children or civilians, but he says that his mission is forced by Hamas, who is still in the Israeli hostages and is among the civilian population.
Dr Victoria Rose, a consultant plastic surgeon who traveled to Gaza three times at the St Thomas Hospital in London, said the court had to work on children under 10 years of age without anesthetic.
He also said that the Israeli government rejected 60-90% of medical volunteers in Gaza. Israel forbade medical volunteers from bringing basic medicine or equipment to Gaza, and sometimes a medical team would take a medical team while waiting to cross the border at the last minute. Rose said he lost half stones by treating patients on 28 days.
He listed a typical morning program where he operated on six children with body pieces, with 15% burns from 18 months, to a 5 -year -old girl with a 5 -year -old girl whom she lost her left cheek and shoulder.
Corbyn, who opened the court, said, “The truth needs to be said and the information needs to be provided, and if the parliament does not effectively question what’s going on, the court can do it.”
Francesca Albania, Human Rights Rapporteur in the UN occupied regions, said that the British government failed in the obligation to end the occupation of Palestine, which was declared illegally by the International Court of Justice in July 2024.
Authorized, British government officials claimed that if it is found that the ongoing economic ties, weapons transfers or intelligence changes with Israel, it can be held responsible for individually.
The British government claimed that a complex picture of information means that it cannot judge responsibility for individual events.
Emily Tripp, Director of Airwars, a non -profit -based group of London, challenged this, saying that its small organization has a detailed responsibility for 1,300 civilian losses.
