UK households urged to shower twice a day until Monday | UK | News

The UK households are called to take a shower twice a day until Monday because they have another hot air scanning throughout the country.

The Met Office said that the next week will mostly be dry and hot, for a part of the UK and Wales on Friday, July 11, and in some parts of Scotland at the weekend. Temperatures will reach 28C in some parts of the UK on Wednesday, 30C on Thursday and 32C on Friday 32C is expected to rise and hot and humid conditions will continue at the weekend. On Wednesday, hot weather will bring unpleasant conditions for hay fever patients with “high” levels for almost all England, and then bring “too high” warnings that go on weekend in some regions.

On Friday, Met Office is expected to be the worst day for North East England, Yorkshire and Humber, and “very high” warnings for North West England. The national estimation says that there is still “uncertainty” about the timing of cool air from the West, but it is expected to “affect conditions at the beginning of next week”.

Since there is no treatment for hay fever, experts recommend that you take preventive measures to manage symptoms when pollen levels are high and recommend taking a shower twice a day to remove the skin and hair.

The pollen particles are very sticky and can stick to you when you are out, so it takes a shower in the mornings and nights and removes the pollen from your body and prevents the spread around your home, which can worse the symptoms inside.

Especially if you are outside throughout the day, taking a shower before going to bed to ensure that any pollen particle is not transferred to your bed is particularly useful, because it can trigger symptoms and cause a uncomfortable sleep night.

However, if you leave your windows and doors open during the night to allow some air to flow, it is also important to take a shower again in the morning to remove the drifted particles.

According to a survey by the Sleep Foundation, most people take a shower in the morning. However, Hay Hump advice tells people to take a shower when they return home, so it means taking two shower for most people.

“If there is a straw fever triggered by open -air allergens, it is extremely important to take a shower immediately after it is.

“When pollen levels are high, pollen can be intertwined with your hair and withdraw your skin. Shower will help eliminate these allergens and prevent night attacks.”

Alergy UK adds: “On high pollen days, shower, wash your hair and change your clothes, especially your exterior clothes.

“Keep the windows closed – this is the most important evening when pollen was released and the evening when the air cools down.”
