Prince Harry’s major fear for Archie and Lilibet amid royal feud | Royal | News

Prince Harry reportedly fears that Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet will lose their royal titles due to the ongoing royal feud. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced their plans to step back from royal duties in 2020, as their son was not publicly known as a “prince” at the time.
Following the announcement that Lilibet would be christened in early 2023, Meghan and Harry announced that their children would use the titles “prince” and “princess.” Archie and Lilibet, the grandchildren of King Charles, who ascended the throne last year, gained the right to use these titles.
In his new book, Betrayal: Power, Deceit and the Fight for the Future of the Royal Familyauthor Tom Bowers shares Harry’s alleged reaction to learning his disgraced uncle Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor had been stripped of his titles.
According to Bowers, this led Harry to realize that his own royal status was “no longer invincible.”
He wrote: “The shock of the unprecedented sanctions imposed on Andrew must have shocked Harry. Publicly he remained silent. Privately he realized that his royal status was no longer invincible.”
“Frankly, William was taking no prisoners. Once he was crowned king, his brother might show little mercy to him and Meghan. Insulted by all the criticism Montecito had aimed at, Harry could have predicted that the Prince and Princess of Wales’ anger over Meghan’s misuse of her royal title for profit would tip the balance.
“William will undoubtedly object to her infidelity. He may even strip Archie and Lilibet of their titles.”
Although Archie was born in the United Kingdom, the family is due to marry Queen Elizabeth II in 2022. It is thought the young man has not visited his father’s country since Elizabeth traveled to the UK to celebrate her Platinum Jubilee.
While Harry is reportedly planning to visit England later this year for the one-year countdown to the 2027 Invictus Games, Archie and Lilibet may be set to visit England.
