UK teenagers to trial social media bans and digital curfews

The study will involve 4,000 students aged 12 to 15 from ten secondary schools in Bradford and will aim to assess the impact of having less access to social media on areas of wellbeing, particularly sleep, anxiety levels, social interactions, as well as absenteeism and bullying in schools.
