Watch: UN Official, Netanyahu reported “disaster results” risk of Gaza expansion plans

After Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu forced the re -emergence of the lane, he warned that if Israel expanded his military operations in Gaza, there would be “disaster results”.

Deputy Secretary General Miroslav Jenča said that a meeting of the UN Security Council would be “deeply worried” if such a movement is correct, and that more Palestinians and the Israeli hostages held by Hamas could endanger their lives.

Israeli media said that Netanyahu plans to meet with the security cabinet this week.

“Die was thrown. We go to the full conquest of the Gaza Strip – and defeating Hamas,” he said.

The security cabinet, which will be gathered on Thursday, will need to approve such an action.

It has been suggested that the plan could be negotiating tactics for printing after the recent deterioration of cease -fire negotiations or trying to get support from the far -right coalition partners of Netanyahu.

Israel faces international pressure on the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, among images and reports of Palestinians suffering from hunger or malnutrition.

Jenča warned against the expansion of Israel’s military operations.

“This will risk disaster results for millions of Palestinians, and even endanger the lives of hostages in Gaza,” he said.

Official, in accordance with the international law, Gaza “is an integral part of a future Palestinian state and should stay,” he added.

The Israeli army said that 75% of Gaza had operational control, but the new plan would propose to occupy the entire region, including areas where more than two million Palestinians lived.

With the reports of the army chief and other military leaders opposed the strategy, suggestions proved to be separatist in Israel.

The anonymous Israeli official said: “If this does not work for the staff chief, he should resign.”

The pledge families expressed their fear that the decision could endanger their loved ones, and 20 out of 50 people were believed to be alive in Gaza.

Jenča reiterated the call to the UN Security Council and the immediately and unconditional release of all hostages.

He referred to the “Squalid” and “inhuman” conditions encountered by the Palestinians, and called for Israel to allow inadequate assistance to not be blocked.

“Israel continues to seriously restrict humanitarian aid entering Gaza, and the help that is allowed to enter is largely insufficient.” He said.

The authority condemned the ongoing violence in food distribution areas and said that more than 1,200 Palestinians have been killed while trying to access food and materials since May.

Last week, Gaza’s Ministry of Health, operated by Hamas, said that the total death caused by the lack of food since October 2023 rose to 154, including 89 children.

He also reported that more than 60,000 Palestinians have been killed due to Israel’s military campaign.

The UN agencies warned that human -making in Gaza is a mass hunger and reported death about at least 63 malnutrition this month.

Israel insisted that there was no restriction on aid delivery and that there was no “hunger” in Gaza.
