University of Liverpool to set up campus at Alembic City near Whitefield in Bengaluru

UK-based University of Liverpool, which announced that it established its first foreign campus in Bengaluru in May, announced the location of the campus. The university will operate from Alembic City near Whitefield.
The university announced that registration is open for the 2026 academic year. Interested candidates can visit https://www.bengaluru.liverpool.ac.uk/ for details.
For the first batch, the university will offer undergraduate programs in Computer Science, Business Management, Accounting and Finance, Biomedical Sciences and Game Design, ‘a first for UK campuses in India’.
According to the university, “The Bengaluru campus will bring Liverpool’s world-class academic and research excellence to India, offering UK-accredited degree programs that combine global quality with Indian relevance.”
“The new campus will strengthen India-UK collaboration through research that fosters innovation in sustainability, digital transformation and health sciences. The campus will provide a new state-of-the-art, 360-degree learning environment for the first batch of students in Bengaluru.”
Lucy Everest, Chief Operating Officer at the University of Liverpool, said: “We look forward to welcoming our first cohort of talented students in 2026.”
