HC seeks action against recklessly driven private buses

The Supreme Court of Kerala directed the government government to take steps to prevent reckless and competitive driving of private buses in Kochi, and also start steps to update the timeline allocated to buses on different ways.
If the same crime was repeated, a Justice Bank Amit Rawal, referring to the need to impose such buses and even more fines, ordered that such buses be seized if fines are not deterrent. Changing the timeline of buses will also help prevent reckless driving.
Buses are dealing with reckless driving even in front of the official cars of high court judges. The court said that the norm between the buses on the same route should be done in cities and 10 minutes of rural areas (to prevent brewing bus services in the same route and the next reckless driving).
The trial of the case was taken last week after a series of deadly accidents, including private buses, including the death of two young two -wheel rider. The case was published on August 19 for the hearing.
At the beginning of this month, the Supreme Court observed that despite multiple orders made by the Court, the reckless driving was not disclosure by private buses and later accidents. Police and Motor Vehicles Department should take deterrent steps to prevent the recurrence of such accidents. The court, ‘non -scientific’ program is not an excuse for reckless driving, the Supreme Court ordered the exhibition of the telephone numbers of the enforcement authorities to be displayed on buses, but very little transactions were made.
Later, stickers bearing the phone numbers of the execution personnel were affixed to several buses in the city to send complaints to the road users.
