US judge blocks Trump effort to cut Planned Parenthood funding
On Monday, a federal judge in Boston prevented the Trump administration from terminating the federal Medicaid reimbursement for planned parenting clinics throughout the country, and said that the effort was probably contrary to the constitution and violated the group’s initial change protection.
The US Regional Judge Indira Talwani, who was appointed as an Obama in Boston, demanded a country -wide prerequisite for planned parenting. “Patients are likely to be subjected to negative health results in cases where patients are impaired or unable to use.” He said.
“In particular, restricting the ability of members to provide health services, reduced access to effective contraceptives, and threatening an increase in unwanted pregnancies and complications due to unidentified and untreated CYBEs.”
