Children between the ages of 12-17 with antisocial or criminal behavior will be placed in mentoring and participation sessions during three accommodation for 12 months.

During the state elections, Katherine Hayes, General Manager of Youth Defense Center, said that the regional reset program would do very little to address the main reason for the youth crime.
“When you see an increase in the crime of youth, you know that there are basic problems in society, and most of these problems are exposed to too much of the government,” he said.
“The only way to really stop reorganizing is to really deal with the underlying causes of the discomfort, and this is not done with a three -week reset.”
