Mr. Netanyahu, in an interview with Fox News, said it is possible to amnesty for Hamas leaders in terms of agreement.
“The details of this should be solved. However, in previous statements, if the leaders are taken out of the country, for example, if they are taken out of the country, yes, if they finish the war, they will release all hostages.
Mr. Vance described himself as “careful careful” about reaching an agreement.
“I feel more optimistic than we are at any point in the last few months about where we are, but let’s be realistic, these things may come out of the rail at the last minute.”
He said that the plan has three main components: to return all hostages, to end the threat of Hamas to Israel and to increase humanitarian aid in the Gaza Strip.
“That’s why I think we’re close to realizing all these goals,” Vance said.
When international leaders came together in the United Nations in New York this week, a 21 -point Middle East Peace Plan announced to end the Gaza Strip between the United States, Israel and Hamas.
This plan requires the return of all the hostages that are dead and dead, to attack Qatar by Israel and to have a new dialogue between Israel and Palestinians for “peaceful living together”.
On September 9, Israel angered Qataris by launching an air strike against Hamas goals in the capital Doha.
A Hamas representative said that on Saturday, the group did not see the US plan.
An Egyptian security official told Efe News Agency on Sunday that Mr. Trump’s proposal included the release of all the hostages held by a transition government and the group in the Gaza Strip without Hamas.
According to the report, the proposal offers the immunity of Hamas leaders in or outside the Gaza Strip from the Israeli assassination, and arrangements for those who want to leave conditional amnesty for the members of the settlement.
The source said the plan envisages a temporary management of Palestinian technocrats within the scope of an international commission led by the US and the US -led by the United States, waiting for reforms in the Palestinian national authority of the United States.
At the same time, under the US and the Arab command, it envisages a temporary international power to ensure security and to educate a local Palestinian police force.
