US prosecutors argue Maduro ‘plundered’ Venezuelan wealth in court battle over legal fees

He said he felt a degree of sympathy for Maduro’s fate: “He is a man who had everything but lost it because of greed and inflated ego. I feel sorry for him because he is a human being after all, but I hope he gets a life sentence. He should pay for his crimes.”
