Holy water from Mahakumbh and replica of Ram Mandir: PM Modi’s gift to PM of Trinidad & Tobago

Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave a copy of the sacred water of the Sangam and Saryu River from Mahakumbh and the Prime Minister of the Kamla Persad Bissesar on Thursday, July 3.

In his speech to the Indian community in Trinidad and Tobago, Mr. Modi emphasized the historical and cultural importance of Bihar, praised the courage of the Indian diaspora, and Prime Minister Kamla called Persad-Bissessar “Daughter of Bihar”.

The ancestors of Trinidad and Tobago Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar lived in Buxar, Bihar. Kamala Ji himself visited there. “People see him as the daughter of Bihar, Mod Modi said.

Kamla Persad-Bisessar addressed the Indian community event in Trinidad and Tobago. Previously, in 2012, under the Itarhi block in the Buxar Region, his ancestors visited the village of Bhelupur.

Mr. Modi began his first official visit to Trinidad and Tobago at Piarco International Airport, where Prime Minister Kamla Kamla Persad-Bissesesar 38 ministers and four members of the Caribbean Nation Parliament.

This is the first visit of Mr. Modi to the country as prime minister and the first bilateral visit to the Caribbean nation by an Indian Prime Minister since 1999.

Foreign Ministry spokesman Randhir Jaiswal emphasized India’s close ties with Trinidad and Tobago and said that 45% of their population is of Indian origin.

“Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached a historical visit to the capital of this country, Trinidad and Tobago. Today, Prime Minister Kamala Prasad Bissesar and other cabinets were welcomed at the airport at the airport.

Mr. Jaiswal said that most of 45 percent of Indian origin came from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.
