US Supreme Court rejects Ghislaine Maxwell appeal in Epstein case
On Monday, the US Supreme Court refused to hear the proposal of Ghislaine Maxwell’s late financier and Jeffrey Epstein, a convicted sex criminal, to assist young girls in sexual harassment, and the President Donald Trump and his administration went away from a trial.
Justice, Epstein’s ex -girlfriend in 2021, including a small sex smuggling, including 20 years of imprisonment was sentenced to by his ex -girlfriend. By doing so, justice allowed the sub -court to support Maxwell’s conviction. Justice did not explain the reasons for rejecting its attractiveness.

Maxwell’s lawyers claim that his conviction was invalid because he had protected the partners of Federal prosecutors in Florida in Florida with Epstein in Florida and should prevent him from preventing penal prosecution in New York.
Maxwell’s lawyer David Oscar Markus said, “Of course, he deeply disappointed that the Supreme Court refused to hear Ghislaine Maxwell’s case. But this struggle is not over. Serious legal and factual issues continue and we will continue to follow every street to ensure justice.
The Ministry of Justice did not respond immediately to a request for a comment.
Maxwell was arrested in 2020 and convicted by Federal prosecutors of Epstein for sexual encounters between 1994-2004 the following year, after being accused of hiring and grooming girls.

In 2019, Epstein died in suicide in a Manhattan prison cell and was tried in charges of sex smuggling.
