US Tariff Row: What President Trump Doesn’t Understand About Modi’s India And Risks Losing Key Asian Ally | India News

American leader Nikki Haley gave two cents to the worsening India-US vineyards. Haley, in a long mission, said that India is necessary to help the United States move its supply chains from China, and thus the Donald Trump administration should rethink the approach while dealing with the new Delhi. Haley’s words come by US government officials days after a Tirade Anti-India Convention. Trump did not understand the importance of maintaining diplomatic relations with strategic allies, while dealing with other countries, just like a real estate businessman.
India-US vineyards
President Trump prioritizes Pakistan and China through the new Delhi, the Indian-US vineyards are on a hill. The Trump administration threatened India with 25 percent of tariffs in the acquisition of Indian oil and added to 25 percent tasks already applied to Indian goods. These moves come partly after months of tensions, partly in Washington’s role in India-Pakistan ceasefire negotiations. India objected to the US President, who contained Trump’s cease -fire claim, the passion for the Nobel Peace Prize.

Trump’s strategic disaster
Former presidential candidate and former US Ambassador and Southern Carolina Governor Nikki Haley said, “Although India is one of the largest customers of Moskow for Russian oil purchases, it should be treated as an enemy like China for one of the Russian oil purchases. Hard power should be awarded as a valuable enemy.
Haley also said that while President Trump is working to bring manufacturing to the United States, India was alone in a Chinese -like production potential for quick or efficient products in the United States. If Trump fails to do so, the US is preparing to lose an important Asian ally in India.
India is necessary to help the United States move its supply chains from China.
While Pres Trump is trying to bring production home, India stands alone in China -like production potential for products that cannot be produced quickly or efficiently.

Mayopic view of the West
Delhi University Aryabhatta College Director Professor Manoj Sinha, Zee News English Trump’s tariffs can not produce confidence, he said. “US President Donald Trump must recognize a simple truth: tariffs cannot produce confidence and invalidate domination of mediation. India will continue to receive Russian oil from necessity.
Professor Sinha shared that the West is still struggling to see India as an independent polar in a multipolar world. “The real tragedy is that the West is still struggling to see India as an independent polar in a very polar world. History, photography operations, hugs, or handshakes will not remember. Leaders may applaud, but eventually the national interests that decide the fate of the nations.”
Time to Say India’s Trump’s bullying
In particular, not all Americans agree with Donald Trump’s unilateral tariff movements against India. Former US NSA NSA John Bolton said Trump’s policies are not in accordance with the role. China’s Ambassador of India, Xu Feihong, accused Trump of acting like a ‘bully’. He said China was against American tariffs in India. Feihong said silence only strengthens the bully.
While India receives support from China, Russia and other countries, it is time for the new Delhi to make a decisive movement against Trump’s threats.
