Pictures and images show serious floods in the New York City area, tonight in the Tri-State region that guides flash flood warnings.

The government Phil Murphy declared a state of emergency in New Jersey due to heavy rainfall.

The heavy rain moves in the region on Monday and causes floods in the northern suburbs of the city and in New Jersey. The drivers are dealing with flooded roads and highways.

Flash flood warnings, some parts of the region remained in force until 22.00, storms did not move very quickly, so wet for some parts of our region during the evening.
