Vaibhav Sooryavanshi Picked for India A Tri-Series in Sri Lanka
Hyderabad: BCCI Men’s Selection Committee has selected the India A team for the one-day tri-series scheduled to be held in Sri Lanka in June 2026. Vaibhav Sooryavanshi was included in the team for the tri-series.
The three-way series will feature hosts Sri Lanka A, India A and Afghanistan A. After the three limited-overs series, India A will play two multi-day matches against Sri Lanka A with the red-ball fixture squad to be announced at a later date.
The white-ball series will be played in Dambulla, while the multi-day matches will be played in Galle.
India A squad for the tri-series: Tilak Varma (Captain), Priyansh Arya, Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, Riyan Parag (Vice-Captain), Ayush Badoni, Nishant Sindhu, Harsh Dubey, Suryansh Shedge, Prabhsimran Singh (WK), Kumar Kushagra (WK), Vipraj Nigam, Yash Thakur, Yudhvir Singh, Anshul Kamboj, Arshad Khan.
