Victoria police said that a forensic medical man would take the advice of classification as motorcycles instead of bikes.

Call follows the investigation of 41 -year -old Nitin Haldipur Prabhu, who died of a traumatic brain damage in January last year.
Prabhu, a talented cyclist and father from Balwyn, bought new e-bikes to go to work just days before his death.
Jamieson’s findings revealed that the bicycle Prabhu has been equipped with a -50 Watt engine and a highest speed of 32km/s, exceeding the legal limits for indifferent e-stresses in Victoria, and something stronger than 200 Watt could pass 25km/s or a motorcycle.

Prabhu fell from his bike on the Mont Albert Road, and returned home from work when he collided with another e-bike driver described by a witness trying to get aggressively and to make a high-speed cycle.
