Symposium on ‘Inspiring Women to Live Fulfilling Lives’ in Mysuru on Feb 13

Confederation of Indian Industry, Mysuru, is organizing a symposium on ‘Inspiring Women to Live Fulfilling Lives’ on February 13.
Themed ‘A Holistic Wellbeing Symposium’, the event is designed as a high-impact platform to inspire and equip women to lead personally and professionally fulfilling lives through practical, experience-driven perspectives on wellbeing, workplace inclusion and sustainable leadership, with SDM Management Development Institute as the knowledge partner.
According to CII, the program will bring together thought leaders and domain experts to share actionable approaches that strengthen individual wellbeing and help create healthier, more respectful workplaces, with organizations increasingly recognizing that wellbeing and inclusion are business imperatives.
A particular focus of the symposium will be sessions and takeaways addressing confidence building, preparedness and reintegration support for women returning to work after a career break.
The agenda will cover four key pillars: Physical Health, Financial Health, Mental Health and Emotional Health and will feature expert-led sessions with practical and relatable input, a keynote from a distinguished female leader, soft interactive elements and reflection activities for deeper learning, and specially curated networking opportunities for peer learning and cross-sector engagement.

According to CII, the symposium is for every individual who fosters an inclusive workplace, including line managers, faculty and students, as well as female professionals at career stages, women taking career breaks, and men who support inclusive leadership.
