Voices from Iran after US strikes

Shahla, where we have changed for protection, is among the Iranians who came into contact with BBC Persian to express their fears and anger after bombing three of the key nuclear areas of their countries on one night.
US President Donald Trump, Isfahan, Natanz and Fordo facilities were “destroyed” and said to the leaders of Iran now they have the option of “peace or tragedy”.
However, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi warned that the US has passed a “large red line” and that it would have “endless consequences”.
The strikes took place a week after Israel launched a large -scale air campaign against Iran, and the country’s nuclear and ballistic missile programs aimed to remove existential threats.
The Iranian Ministry of Health says that at least 430 people have been killed so far, although a human rights group has doubled the mortality rate.

“Yes, we have a hard time – but we will stand by our country. And if necessary, we will give our lives for our homeland for our honor,” he said. He continued: “America and its elaborates will not allow the wrong movements in our country.”
Trump warned Iran that any retaliation against the United States on Saturday will “be greeted with a much greater force than it was a witness tonight”.
At a press conference in Türkiye on Sunday, Araghchi announced that Iran hides “all options to defend their security, interests and people”. He also said that the US was “full responsibility for the consequences of actions”.
Before the start of the Israeli air campaign, Iran threatened to attack the bases in the Middle East if Iran joined any strikes in its nuclear program.
Another Iranian man told BBC Persian that it “hopes that the climb of war is the summit of the climb and that things will begin to increase from here.”
“Iran is rational enough to know that any response targeting the US will be full suicide.” He said.
“My child will be born within a few days, and I hope their births overlap with the birth of a new Iran – adopting a new approach towards both the international system and internal affairs.”
“I hope that the surveillance cameras and security forces need to focus on real threats,” Iran, which requires Iran to wear an anti -government protests and a deadly pressure in 2022.
