“We definitely support national standards, Nat said Senior Vice President Natalie Blewitt.

“Even though we appreciate the efforts to address the shortage of teachers, having a full qualified teacher in front of each class should not be in danger.

“In order to ensure that students in our public schools receive the best education possible, we must make sure that we have full qualified teachers in our class.”

Blewitt said one year of undergraduate degree could increase the chance of teachers who leave the profession together.

“As a classroom teacher for more than 20 years, it is important that we are equipped with the right skills and that we are completely qualified to ensure that teachers continue their profession,” he said.

“The very early bringing of teachers is a short -term solution that is not fully ready or not fully qualified, causing burnout and ultimately causing more harm to our profession.”
