El Paso police bodycam video shows fatal I-10 arrest

The newly released El Paso Police Body Camera video shows a rapidly intensified struggle that resulted in the death of a man in the Interstate 10.

According to the EPPD video of the 30 -year -old Xavier Guadalupe Hernandez, the EPPD video of the incident on Monday, August 18th, threatens to jump over the output over the Yarbrough Drive overpass when an officer arrives at the east side on July 13th.

Hernandez’s death was accepted as a murder by the medical practice of El Paso district. A autopsy report said that his death was caused by cocaine toxicity asphyxia and “an important contribution” because of the breast stuck during the law enforcement officers.

Three separate investigations by the People’s Unit of El Paso Police Department, Interior and Texas Rangers of Texas Rangers, Police Spokesman SGT. Robert Gomez said on Monday in an 11 -minute EPPD video, including body camera video.

The body camera video starts at 10:13 in the morning, shows a police officer who goes to the media, and then sees Hernandez on the other side of the four highway traffic strings on the edge of the overpass.
