WA Police investigating three shootings over weekend

The WA police investigate whether the three shots are connected during the weekend.

A smoke shop was targeted twice in Cannington, and on Saturday at 01:00, the Cecil Avenue store was shot.

During the first shooting, two people were seen on Off-Road motorcycles in CCTV, while two people in the Black Holden Barina were close to Sunday. A similar vehicle was then burned 10 kilometers away in Martin.

The targeted attacks come as a pub on the Ballage, and fired.

Detective General Manager Eamon Flanagan said that the events were too early to say whether they were related, but the tobacco wars in Victoria were not welcomed at Perth.

“You will not be our message to those who think that they can get rid of this kind of intimidation tactics in WA,” he said.

Armed men are running, but the police say they’re chasing a few clues and suspects.
