Supermarket announces yet another pay rise for staff

Aldi store employees are preparing for a wage increase because the supermarket has announced that the minimum wage has reached £ 13 since September.

The discount grocery chain claims to be the first UK Supermarket to introduce the new minimum ratio.

Store assistants will be paid at least £ 13 in the country from September 1 – up to £ 12.75.

This rises to £ 14.33 per hour for workers in M25 – from the current £ 14.05.

Based on the service period, Aldi store assistants could see that their wages were increased to £ 13.93 and to £ 14,64 in the M25.

The announcement comes after the German discount supermarket will increase the hourly fees in February.

The UK National Minimum wage was upgraded to £ 12.21 per hour in April for workers over 21 years of age.

Other supermarkets have increased its subtexts over the national minimum level for thousands of shop workers in recent months.

Tesco store employees will benefit from the minimum hourly rates rising to £ 12.64 per hour from the end of August and are increased to £ 12.45 on March 30th.

For Sinsbury and Argos workers, the national minimum hourly ratio will rise to £ 12.60 in August and will rise to £ 12 in March.

Earlier this year, the opponent German discounter Lidl increased the hourly wage of thousands of workers to £ 12.75 per hour throughout England.
