We live in London’s coolest neighbourhood and feel so safe | UK | News

One day, a barely passing day without a telephone, machete fights or gang blood feud tales in the capital of England. For many, it must make the idea of living in Lawless London completely incomprehensible.

However, the city, which has not been disintegrated by violent crime, still has many corners. Many neighborhoods reminding why this is one of the largest cities in the world. Many places where the locals still feel like they can still feel like a house.

Welcome to the Penge, which has recently been called the Sunday Times in London. Cool more than Balham. Cool more than Camden. Cool more than Shoreditch. And the locals tend to admit that there is something quite special.

As you walk around the host of SE20’s Streeets and colorful wall paintings, peace, quiet, slow, you are influenced by the speed of life.

He doesn’t feel like one of the most busy cities in the world.

Lee Şerif, 53, lives in Penge for six years and acknowledges that the town has become more cool in recent years.

He says: “It is definitely moving in a direction it changes. Living here is more pleasant. It becomes more and more fashionable.”

Lee, Express, changes the identity of the neighborhoods of the locals, such as mixed emotions, such as new apartments, such as a large number of changes are planned for the area. As a result, one person’s cool is the disgusting of the other.

He believes that the praise of Penge as the coolest neighborhood in London is a “great exaggeration ,, but he says he loves the growing area there.

“There are more options, so there are more options, so it has certainly changed.

“A lot has changed in the last 10 years, but it is still green like the rest of South London. There are too many parks and very nice.

“Certainly more suitable than other nearby areas like Crystal Palace.”

Just as Lee talks about the strong sense of community in the region, one of his neighbors passes and proves the point, greeting him with a cheerful hello.

52 -year -old Maria Bond, sitting outside Costa, visits Penge from Manchester to see a friend and can see the charm of the region. After living in London for many years, he moved to the north, but he admits that he would return to the capital.

Maria tells express: “When I was sitting here, I actually thought, this is a really beautiful, cool place.

Im I was thinking, if I lived in this area, probably came here regularly, sit down, relax, watch my coffee and watch people pass.

“Just beautiful because there is a vibe here. You feel a beautiful, peaceful, calm vibe, people like smiling.”

Despite the attractiveness of the region, Maria added that the Penge sections still seem to be socially deprived and need to lick a paint.

34 -year -old Shafek Andadthodan, who works in one of Penge’s independent shops, likes the peaceful nature of the neighborhood.

He says: “Penge is beautiful and quiet, it is easy to live here. I used to live here in the elephant and the castle, but what I like about Penge is not a problem.

“You can go everywhere day and night and it’s quiet. I’m happy here. I definitely want to stay in the region.”

Safe and cool. Certainly, London could have done with more neighborhoods where both were right.
