NSW man charged with displaying Nazi flag

A man from the country of NSW will face the alleged court to shake the Nazi flag.
19 -year -old child in the center of the state, last month outside the town of Parkes was allegedly seen with a flag on a large road.
Police said in a statement that the man was reported to carry a flag with a Nazi symbol in Henry Parkes Way, 25 km outside Parkes.
After the police investigations, he was arrested at the Parkes police station on Monday.
“The public law was deliberately exhibited without excuse for the Nazi symbol, and was accused of custody of a knife,” a police spokesman said.
The man was given conditional bail. It is expected to go to the front court on September 18th.
In the event that the Nazi symbol is convicted of the accusation, he is faced with a maximum penalty of up to 12 months and a fine of $ 110,000.
The NSW crime law threatens more steep penalties for the display of maximum symbols in Jewish institutions, including the prison for up to two years.
