Seattle Mayor Katie Wilson, who last year called on residents to boycott Starbucks, acknowledged recently purchasing a latte from the company but declined to say whether she still believes others should stay away from the coffee giant.
“I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Pike Place Market Starbucks and ordered, I think it was a blueberry muffin latte, as was the staff’s handiwork,” said Seattle Mayor Katie Wilson. during an interview He appeared on Wednesday with FOX 13 Seattle co-host Hana Kim, who asked Wilson if he still supports the Starbucks boycott.
“I think I broke my boycott,” Wilson added. “And yes, but I, you know, I don’t know. What do you want me to say about it?”
