The founder of the tablespoon targets fitness up to the age of 50
49 -year -old Anna Lim, the founding partner of Soup Spoon, aims to reach 50kg with its 50th birthday in October. The Fitness journey began in January 2024 after getting rid of the foot surgery after touching a two -year injury.
He started with personal training and passed F45 training with his team. Now he is training six days a week and includes Hyrox and region 2 cardio sessions in his routine.
