Beed sarpanch murder case: Court rejects Walmik Karad’s discharge plea

The Beed Court in Maharashtra said that Prima Facie evidence reflects its participation in the organized crime union, and rejected the discharged objection made by Walmik Karadan, who was accused of the creepy murder of Beed Sarpanch.
Special judge VH Patwadkar heard his defense on July 22 and said in the detailed order published this week: “Witnesses’ statements, electronic, digital, scientific, judicial, evidence, etc. Prima Facie, the applicant was a member of the organized crime trade union and was concerned with an inappropriate reason for the continuation of the application.”
Mr. Kara Kara Kara was reserved under the Maharashtra Organized Crime Control Law (MCOCA) with seven defendants accused in Santosh Deshmukh murder on 9 December last year. It is known that Mr. Karad’s former Minister of Agriculture and NCP leader Dhanangay Munde, led by Ajit-Pawar, is close to his assistant.
The prosecution in the court was that Walmik Karad, who was accused of conspiring with common criminals, was found in Avadada Energy Private Ltd. He argued that he demanded 2 Crores ransom from his company. The suspect was claimed to have grown a conspiracy with the accused people. ”
The prosecution also said that Mr. Karada acted as a director behind the scenes and made the crime through the accused people. Special public prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam, “Mr. Karad, the accused people were threatened to do the assigned job as a conspiracy. Video recording, FSL report is going to show the complexity of Karad,” he said.
Black, political reasons were wrongly framed and the role of syndication was not specified by stating that the objection of discharge opened. He also claimed that almost 15 cases against the police against him, and that he did not explain that the name of the Supreme Court of Bombays was acquitted in the appeal stage ”.
