Festive Spirit Envelops Tirumala As Salakatla Brahmotsavams Begin

TIRUPATI: They entered the festival spirit on Wednesday with the traditional Dhwajarohanam and the Lord Venkateswara’s Brahmotsavam, who started on top of Tirumala Hills.

According to Muhurt, the officials of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams held the Dhwajarohanam ceremony between 17:43 and 18:15 on Wednesday evening. According to the tradition, Lord Brahma started Srivari Brahmotsavams with gratitude to Lord Venkateswara to protect humanity during Kaliyuga. The name ‘Brahma’ corresponds to the nine -day time of the festival to the entrance of the sun to Kanya Rasi in Aswayuja.
Daily Vahaana Sevas is the main feature of Brahmotsavams, in which Lord Venkateswara’s UTSAVA MURTİ – Sri Malayappa Swamy – Utsava Murti was taken twice a day in various casualties a day.
