Boy found guilty of Harvey Willgoose murder at Sheffield school

A 15 -year -old boy was found guilty Killing a student he stabbed at a school in Sheffield during a lunch break.
Harvey Willgosese, who was also 15 years old, died on Monday, February 3 when he was stabbed in his heart at All Saints Catholic High School.
Sheffield Crown Court at a month at the hearing of the jury Harvey’nin at the beginning of that day during a lesson was said to be attacked after a clash between the couple.
The defendant, who could not be named because of his age, agreed to have manslaughter and had a knife, but refused to kill the young man. He was found guilty with a majority decision of 11 to 11.

Judge, Ms. Justice Ellenbogen, said the child would probably be sentenced to in October.
During the hearing, the jury members heard that Harvey was attacked in the school courtyard after two young people had a fight on social media days.
They had the opposite parties in a separate conflict among the other two students, which led to the school to be briefly locking on January 29th.
The jury members were played as CCTV from the day of the knife and the defendant showed the approach in the courtyard.
The couple stopped for a moment, the child spoke before taking a knife and stabbing Harvey in his chest, and before a ribs in the process.
A girl who gave evidence at the hearing: “People were running, they were screaming everywhere. Like chaos.”
Another student said that some students lock themselves in a closet and barricade the door.

The defendant claimed that he had caused the jury members to kill Harvey or to cause serious damage, and that he could not remember what happened to Abut and that his actions were “caught” and “lost control”.
He said that he had been bullying and “quickly angry”, he said that he had experienced racist abuse and that he had mocked mockery about a medical situation on social media.
He also said he was neglected and had a physical and emotional abuse at home.
However, the prosecutors said that he wanted to show that he was difficult, and he knew exactly what he was doing ,, he had an unhealthy interest in weapons ve and that he was looking for “zombie killer knife” and other online knives.
The jury heard that the defendant took photos with weapons, including knife and ax to warn people to stay away.

Speaking outside the court after the decision, Harvey’s sister Sophie said, “a unique ability to bring people together.”
“He was deeply loved by his family, he won value by his friends, and he was respected by anyone who knew him,” he said.
“Many of them were traumatized. Some witnessed the uninterrupted one, and others held Harvey while taking his last breath. We send them the deepest love and power.”
“Not only for our children, but for everyone,” the family “for a safer future will continue to campaign against a knife crime, he added.
“This tragedy not only ruins our family, but also fluctuated throughout the country. People everywhere continue to mourn the loss of our beautiful son.” He said.
