In contrast, Pakistan A faced Oman in their opening match and secured a tight 40-run win after posting a total of 220 in their first innings. The team led by Irfan Khan achieved their first win of the season with an outstanding bowling performance by restricting their opponents to 180 runs.

India A opener Vaibhav Suryavanshi will be brimming with confidence after his winning century against UAE. The left-handed batsman will once again aim to make his bat stop doing the talking against bitter rivals Pakistan. Suryavanshi is expected to give his team a strong start.
