Niranjan Hiranandani did not take the initiative to come to this point. He tried his hand in a series of professions before he founded himself in the real estate sector. At first it was a teacher. He then tried to run a textile factory, but failed. He also acknowledges that his early career is full of mishaps.
“Bad times have come many times,” he said. “When something is successful, people are lucky, the city grew up, you bought the place at the right time, that happened and that happened. But success does not come to chance.”
