Andrew invited Epstein to Buckingham Palace and emailed him about ‘beautiful girl’, files show

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor invited Jeffrey Epstein to Buckingham Palace after the pedophilia financier was found guilty of sexual offenses with a child, newly released documents reveal.
The U.S. Department of Justice on Friday released a trove of millions of documents related to the late convicted sex offender.
The documents include an email exchange between Epstein and Andrew dated September 27, 2010; This comes two years after Epstein pleaded guilty to soliciting a minor for prostitution.
In the email, Andrew says he will be returning from Scotland to London, where Epstein is staying. He tells Epstein that “we could have dinner at Buckingham Palace and have lots of privacy.”
Epstein replies: “I’m already in London (sic). When will you like me and we’ll need some private time too.”
It is unclear whether a meeting was held at the palace. Independent He approached Buckingham Palace for comment.
Andrew’s connections to Epstein eventually led to the King dramatically stripping him of his titles and ending his public life last year. The move follows the publication of the memoir by Virginia Giuffre, one of Epstein’s biggest accusers. Ms Giuffre claimed she was forced to have several sexual encounters with Andrew after he was trafficked by Epstein in the early 2000s, when she was 17. Andrew denies the allegations.
In another conversation in August 2010 between Epstein and an email address called “The Duke” signed with “HRH The Duke of York KG”, Epstein offers to arrange a dinner between Andrew and a “beautiful” 26-year-old Russian woman.
“I have a friend who I think you would enjoy having dinner with,” Epstein writes.
In response, the “Duke” replies: “Of course. I’m in Geneva until the morning of the 22nd, but I’m very happy to see him. Will he bring a message from you? Please give him my contact details so he can get in touch.”
Responding to another redacted email, “The Duke” says: “Great. Is there any other information you know about him that might be useful? Like what did you tell him about me and did you give him my email too?”
Epstein then says: “She’s 26, Russian, smart (sic), beautiful, reliable, and yes, she has your email.”
The files also include emails from Epstein’s accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell, who was convicted in 2021 of child sex trafficking and other crimes linked to Epstein. He was also a long-time friend of Andrew.
In one conversation, he appears to offer his condolences to Andrew following the Queen Mother’s death in March 2002.
In an e-mail to an address titled “Invisible Man” on March 31 of the same year, he wrote: “Pea [sic] – I’m sorry you had to rush home, and under such sad circumstances.
“Although death is expected from someone this old, that doesn’t make it any less sad.
“He was great and I’m glad I was able to meet him and talk to him.”
“We’ll reschedule. I love you. Gx.”
Here’s the response from the “Invisible Man” the next day: “I received your message this morning. Sorry for missing you yesterday. I’ll call today to chat. A xxx.”
In another email from the “Invisible Man,” the sender asks if a redacted account has more children and labels them “super sperm.”
The email said: “Sorry – I’m in Los Angeles to go to Hawaii. Is it true you have more children? I’m going to have to refer to you as super sperm!”
The subject of the email is “Response: AKE in New York.”
In October, Buckingham Palace announced that Andrew would be stripped of his royal titles amid ongoing controversy over his friendship with Epstein.
In an interview with BBC Newsnight in 2019, Andrew said he had known Maxwell, the daughter of media mogul and former MP Robert Maxwell, since university.
She introduced Andrew to her then-boyfriend, Epstein, in 1999. The three had a close friendship even after Epstein was convicted in 2008 of procuring children for prostitution and soliciting a prostitute.
Andrew allegedly personally invited the couple to Balmoral, the Queen’s residence in Scotland, in 1999.
Maxwell was sentenced to 20 years in prison in June 2022 following a sex trafficking trial in New York for supplying young girls for Epstein to abuse.
Andrew continued to visit Epstein in New York after the financier was convicted of child sex crimes in 2008.
Epstein was sentenced to 18 months in prison but was allowed to go to his office most days “on work leave” and was released on probation after 13 months.
Andrew faced criticism in December 2010 when photos emerged of him opening the door to Epstein’s magnificent East Coast mansion and the pair strolling through Central Park.
In the Newsnight interview, Andrew claimed he went to New York to break off their friendship and said he regretted staying at Epstein’s house while there.
Andrew also faced allegations that he sexually assaulted Ms Giuffre, formerly known as Virginia Roberts, which he vehemently denies.
She filed a lawsuit in Manhattan in 2019 alleging she was trafficked by Epstein to have sex with Andrew three times when she was 17 and a minor under US law.
He reportedly paid millions to settle a civil sexual assault claim in 2022 to Ms Giuffre, a woman he claimed he had never met.
