Why BWH Hotels is betting on tier 2 India to hit ₹500 crore revenue

In an analysis for the third quarter of FY26, Mandeep S. Lamba, president and CEO (South Asia) of HVS global hospitality practice, said India’s hotel sector experienced a sequential recovery driven by festive and year-end demand, with occupancy rising to 66-68% and revenue per available room or RevPAR also rising in the range of 3-5% quarter-on-quarter across different markets.
