Why it’s time we showed our bosses some support
In any job, managers are usually the lifeblood. According to the same Gallup survey, 70 percent of the team participation can be attributed to the manager, ie when this layer of the labor force comes in properly, there is a domino effect on the rest of the work.

However, when the managers find it difficult, it also means flowing to everyone around them. And now, managers, especially older and female managers, have seen some of the biggest decreases in their welfare last year.
So what can we do if the managers want help? One of the main problems is that they do not desperate the support they need.
As the more and more complex roles, managers need solid training to help them be better in coaching others, and guide how to make difficult conversations with their staff.
A usually forgotten area is that managers need powerful managers to model good behavior and learn from the people above them.
If we do not directly address these problems, managers will continue to crack. Sometimes “pressure creates diamonds” is said, but now the pressure is building so much in all directions that the only thing he creates is a tired and stressful labor force screaming for our help.
