A fired Florida nurse caught by her husband while engaged in a torrid sex romp with her 15-year-old stepson has been jailed for two years.

Alexis Von Yates was sentenced to serve 24 months in a Sunshine State prison, followed by two years of community control and 10 years of probation as a registered sex offender, the New York Post reports.

Va-va-Von Yates, 35, sat emotionless as Florida Fifth Judicial Circuit Court Judge Timothy McCourt delivered his judgment in a Marion County courthouse. Her face was made up, and she wore a sleek black turtleneck.

A plea deal “significantly reduced” the long prison sentence that the former nurse was facing. Von Yates was initially charged with sexual battery by a person in a position of familial authority. Her plea deal lessened the charge to lewd and lascivious battery on a child between the ages of 12 and 16, according to the court records.

She pleaded no contest on Aug. 21. Von Yates had faced life in prison.

On Friday, July 26, 2024, while watching a horror movie with her stepson, things spiralled out of control into a torrid sexual encounter. The problems began when they were caught by her husband, Frank.

A lineman, he had been working the night shift when he arrived early at the family’s Ocala home.

The terrified teen ran from the living room with his pants around his legs into the bathroom. Von Yates, completely naked, hid underneath a blanket.

The saucy stepmom allegedly told the boy she was “horny” and that she hadn’t had “sex in two weeks and she was on her period.”

Von Yates told cops that her unnamed stepson had reminded her of hubby Frank when he was younger. She claimed she told the boy to stop after the pair began making out and engaging in oral sex.

“The child victim told his father this was untrue, saying she was moaning to him and told him to keep going,” according to an arrest affidavit obtained by Law & Crime.

The judge signed off on the plea deal after discussing the matter with the now-16-year-old victim and his mother. Mom and victim were “one hundred percent in agreement with the sentencing,” according to the court order.

But the boy’s mother still had some choice words for the nurse, slamming her as an “incestuous pedophile” and a “coward” lacking remorse for her “despicable actions.” The mother added that the boy has not spoken to his father since the incident.

Von Yates was also ordered not to have any further contact with the victim.
